Description

A Hyaline-granular cast with granules embedded within the cast matrix This type of cast can be found both in the normal subject – in association with hyaline casts - and in patients with renal diseases, in whom they are associated with pathological casts. The image also shows a few isomorphic erythrocytes and a deep transitional epithelial cell.
