Lozenge-like uric acid crystals of different size intermingled with few - and small - bipyramidal calcium oxalate bihydrate crystals (urinary pH 5.0). Uric acid precipitate at a pH of 5.0-6.4 (median 5.4)(Verdesca S. et al. Clin Chem Lab Med 2011; 49: 515-20).
